Growing Coaching

Our founder, John Sharp, was  an integral part of the International Coaching Federation Australasia’s Professional Standards Committee taskforce on coaching supervision and with his associates in that committee  developed a set of competencies which were approved by the ICF Global Board along with phase one of a three phase roll out plan scheduled over 3 – 5 years. Supervision will be added as an option to the renewal applications.

John was also invited to join the ICF Global taskforce on coaching supervision

John was a member of the International Coaching Federation Australasia’s Professional Standards Committee taskforce on Coach Mentoring. This is a combined taskforce working with the United Kingdom and German branches of the International Coaching Federation
